Adamdeen is an Islamic OTT streaming application that provides Islamic videos, podcasts, and short-form content for educational, religious, and inspirational purposes. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Adamdeen application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using Adamdeen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• Users must be 13 years of age or older, or use the app under parental/guardian supervision.
• Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any future updates or modifications to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

• Adamdeen is a content-streaming platform only.
• The app provides Islamic videos, podcasts, and shorts.
• All content is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
• Adamdeen does not allow users to upload, publish, or distribute any content within the app.

3. Screen Recording, Copying & Reverse Engineering Policy

Screen recording, screen capturing, screen mirroring, or recording Adamdeen content in any form is strictly prohibited.

• Any attempt to copy, download, extract, redistribute, or reproduce content using software, hardware, or third-party tools is not allowed.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, tampering, bypassing security features, or attempting to access the app's source code is strictly prohibited.
• Adamdeen uses security and monitoring mechanisms to detect such unauthorized activities.

If a violation is detected, Adamdeen reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the user account
• Block the user's device from signing in or accessing the Adamdeen app
• Take additional legal or technical action if required

These measures are necessary to protect the intellectual property and content rights of Adamdeen Productions Pvt Ltd.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on Adamdeen, including but not limited to videos, podcasts, shorts, audio, text, graphics, logos, UI design, and branding, is the exclusive property of Adamdeen Productions Pvt Ltd.

• All rights are reserved.
• No content may be reused, republished, recorded, distributed, or exploited without prior written permission.

5. Purchases, Payments & Refund Policy

Adamdeen may, at its sole discretion, offer one-time purchase options or paid access to specific features, services, or content available within the application.

• All monetary transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, including, however not limited to Google Play Billing and Razorpay, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions, and individual professional choices.
• All one-time purchases are culminating, and rigorously irrevocable under any circumstances. With the completion of a transaction, the user unambiguously acknowledges and agrees to waive any right to claim a refund from Adamdeen.
• Any request, inquiry, or dispute relating to reimbursements, chargebacks, or payment reversals shall be governed exclusively by the refund policies of the respective payment platform (e.g., Google Play). Adamdeen shall have no authority, obligation, or discretion to issue refunds outside the scope of such third-party policies.

6. Service Availability Disclaimer

Adamdeen aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, internet issues, device limitations, or third-party services.
• Adamdeen shall not be held responsible for temporary unavailability.

7. Technical Issues & Bug Reporting

Adamdeen is not responsible for issues caused by device compatibility, operating system limitations, or network failures.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the app for illegal, misleading, or harmful activities.
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or misuse app features.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Adamdeen respects user privacy and collects data only as necessary to operate and improve the service.

By using the app, you consent to data collection and usage in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Adamdeen reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate access without prior notice.
• Block accounts or devices involved in policy violations, misuse, or security threats.

11. Collaborations & Business Inquiries

Any business proposal, collaboration, or partnership inquiry must be made through official communication only.

Unauthorized claims of association with Adamdeen are prohibited.
